APTH Games

Hi there, my name is HaCan. I am the only employee of APTH Games, where I am currently developing my own game.

I am based in Brussels, and I have a PhD in engineering. I thought that for the rest of my life, I would be doing a job with no creativity in it. In October, I was wondering whether I should consider a year of solo developing a project I had carried since childhood: a game about the immune system, and its endless but silent battle that keeps us alive.

On the morning of the 6th of October, I was visiting a company in another city for a job interview. As I was walking towards the building, I saw a sign at the entrance. It said: "Follow That Dream."

The evening of the 6th of October is the date I started this game, and handed in my notice to leave the following January.

Since then it has been a crazy journey, and I have learned a lot. Let's see what the future brings.
